​THESE SESSIONS WILL BE BASED AROUND CONDITIONING ELEMENTS USING ALL TYPES OF EQUIPMENT TO HIT AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC SYSTEMS THAT WILL CHALLENGE THE FULL BODY.
